Gabriel had finally manage to talk Raven into letting him go out and hunt on his own, it just felt good to not have someone looming in the shadows. He walked around the city, enjoying the day. It was a rather lovely day, glancing about at each beautiful woman that pass by. Pondering who he should go for, he only half wonder what Raven was doing. Zantro was still tied up in the basement and something about how Raven acted when he left just made his skin crawl. That grin he had, the look in his eye, it reminded him of his father when he was about to do something terrible. He was certain Raven was about to do something to Zantro, maybe torture him, something. The thought of finding body parts and Raven gnawing on a arm did come to mind. However he did get to know Raven a bit and assume that, that wouldn't be the case. Though he was sure there would be blood, which is why he went out to hunt.
It been a while since he fed and he didn't want to lose it on the scent of blood and he needed strength to train more. So he head to the tavern, sometimes he could find an easy target. Although on his way there, he passed a book store and decided to go in it instead. Perhaps he could find himself a book and a snack, moving about the place. There was a few people around, glancing at the few. He saw a couple of girls, one was an elf girl, to which Gabriel sneered a little, the other was a beauty who had a pale blue skin. She looked promising for sure, he also noted a male elf walking about and some guy with purple hair. Though they had their back turned so he didn't catch their face. He would casual walk over checking out the books where the pale blue skin girl was at. She would venture off and go around a corner, heading deeper. The book store was rather large. Though nowhere near as huge as Teldar Library that was in another realm. It did have nice quiet nooks, where peeping eyes would not see and rooms for people to go and read in peace. Perfect hunting ground honestly, he casual follow, but wasn't obvious about it.
He get back near her and reached for the same book she did. They both recoiled their hand and chuckle "Sorry I didn't see you reaching." he say smoothly and the girl giggle more and casually pushed her black hair behind her pointed ear "Oh...yeah I...you can go ahead." He smiled sweetly "No I insist you take the book." She stared at his two tone eyes " I..I never met another person who enjoys poetry of dwarves." she say as she pulled the book out. Gabriel didn't, but he did know it from studies. "Oh yes, they way they are with their words and the passion for their gems is just inspiring."
She smiled wider "Right! Ugh, I wish more people could understand that." Gabriel nods slowly "Yeah I suppose you just have to have an eye for it." she chuckle again and then bite her lip, it was clear she found him attractive and that made this much easier. "You know.. 'we...well we could go to one of the rooms and um...share the book?" she spoke a little unsure, to which Gabriel just smiled still "Well only if you want too, I wouldn't want to impose." She look down some as she chuckle "I ..don't mind....only if...you read it." Gabriel smile widen "I be honored to read to such a beauty." they head for one of the rooms and and Gabriel shut the door.
There were a few chairs in the room and a couch, to which they sat there. She didn't get shy about snuggling up against Gabriel, he would read a few pages of the book to her. She didn't hide her interest in him at all, she paw at him the whole time. Gabriel made her wait and kept her in suspense, pretending not to notice. Till he thought it was the right time to make his move and of course that was right when she kissed him. He didn't push her away, he return it and even nip at her lip and start kissing down to her jaw and her neck. She press herself against him, holding him tight, taking it as a sign. He sink his fangs into her neck and this cause a moan to escape her, as his bites had been known to feel greater then sex. Hitting the right spots, causing her to push against him more, practically trying to hump him.
Some time had passed and he put her in a sleep, so that to her it was all a dream. However after he finished, he had this horrid feeing all of the sudden. He glance around the room as it felt darker then before. Standing up and just moving about slowly, he then thought he felt a hand on him and turn. It was driving him nuts as he thought someone was in the room and touching him and not just that, but each touch made him feel sluggish. Till someone came behind him fast and bit him in the neck, and this bite had weird effects. It made his mind fog and he couldn't think straight to use his magic, he felt paralyzed. He could tell his blood wasn't being drained, but his energy was. The room felt darker and he felt he couldn't stay awake any longer. The only thing he could see was purple hair, before everything went black.
Hours had passed and Raven came out of the basement cleaning one of his small blades, easy for flaying flesh. He look about and wonder if Gabriel had return yet, he move to his room and knocked on the door. No response and so he open to not find him there, Raven move about the whole house trying to find him and couldn't. He told Gabriel to be home at a certain time and that time had come. He head out and went to try and sniff him out, following his scent. He go to the bookstore where it was still strong and head in. Follow each step Gabriel had made, till he came into the room where the pale blue skin girl had just woken blushing. Raven stared at her and look around the room, the scent just vanished there. No trace anywhere else, nothing, this bothered the Indari, it was clear Gabriel had been napped. Raven growled causing the girl to run out and he march out himself cursing under his breath as he have to try and find Gabriel and who took him.
